The World’s Most Iconic Trek

The Classic Inca Trail of 4 days and 3 nights is the most iconic trekking route on the planet. For 43 kilometers, you will follow the same stone paths that ancient Inca pilgrims used more than 500 years ago to reach the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu.

This adventure combines physical challenge, spectacular Andean landscapes and a deep immersion in Inca history and culture. You will cross three mountain passes over 4,000 meters, discover archaeological sites hidden in the fog, and finally arrive at Machu Picchu through the mythical Sun Gate (Intipunku) at dawn on the fourth day.

🚽 Portable Toilet We install private portable toilets at each campsite. Comfort and hygiene even in the most remote parts of the Andes.

🤝 Porter Promise Certified Our porters work in verifiable ethical conditions: fair wages, weight limit, complete equipment and medical insurance.

Choose Your Experience

We don’t believe in offering the same experience for everyone. That’s why we have three clearly differentiated service levels — each one sharing the same official permits, expert guides and Porter Promise standards. The difference is in the group size, equipment and comfort level.
